Corrections on "CL-- Isotopes". R.

So much for not responding across forums.

It is a shame that some people Educate themself [sic] beyond their own Intelligence !

The real shame is being an ignorant old coot who is either too dumb or too stubborn to be learn anything new and the shame is compounded by the suckers who take his erroneous and often dangerous advice.

So, just what does this have to do with the symbol CL like is used in HCL ?

Well, its wrong, like everything else you've posted.

HCL is Hydrochloric Acid , which in the Acid form, is a liquid !

Wrong. HCl, is a gas. You have to get it below -85 C for it to liquefy. HCl is also not hydrochloric acid it is hydrogen chloride, only when you combine it with water does it become hydrochloric acid, also called chlorohydric acid. The “hydro” in hydrochloric acid is a big clue to this. Though it may be too difficult of a concept for the simple-minded and uneducated to understand.

CL may be Chloride or Chlorine, which one is the solid form and the other is the Gas form of the Isotope !

Wrong. Chlorine is represented by 'Cl' not 'CL'

Wrong about chloride being solid and chlorine being gas. Chlorides can exist in gas, liquid or solid phases and it is the same for chlorine depending on T and P.

Wrong also about the isotope, the word in this context is meaningless. There is no such thing as “gas form of the Isotope”. Just how low does your IQ have to be to make you immune to education?

One sentence 3 very basic mistakes. Well done Moreless, you can really pack ignorance into your sentences.

So, when the symbol HCL is used identifying Hydrochloric Acid, which is a Liquid, in this case the CL represents the Isotope of Chloride !

Wrong. No one uses “HCL” to identify hydrochloric acid, they use the correct and universally accepted “HCl”

Wrong about isotopes too. CL does not represent the “Isotope of Choloride”, this is just another example of you complete lack of knowledge regarding chemistry. When you want to represent an isotope you put a number like this 'Cl35' or 'Cl37'

The word isotope has no place here, that you continue to use it after you have been corrected several times just shows how truly dense you are.

Isn't it hard being so Educated as to not see the Simpleness of Life ?

Must be harder to be so simple-minded that you cannot be educated.
