Re: pale / mustard coloured stools

Thanks Mike

Yes, I have done now 4 liver flushes. During the last month I have taken malic acid supplements + turmeric plust drinking atleast 2 litres of water a day. My diet is basically vegan, with a combination of grains, beans, fruits, vegetables so i doubt phosphorous is an issue. I have had mustard stools for a couple of years so since been taking so many different liver remedies and chinese medicine which have all helped but never maintained a healthy brown stool after. I avoid fried foods, chips and sweets etc so I doubt thats an issue either.

One thing I know for sure is having done both a hair mineral analysis and urine dmsa challenge test I have way over the limit of lead and mercury in my body. I don't know to what extent this damages the liver, but I have managed to succeed in getting brown stools before with my first liver flush. I don't know. Perhaps I should just begin oral chelation now rather than continue with the liver flushes.
