Re: Magnesium Malate - the Aluminum Chelater

yes it is. in fact i am using potassium bicarb in my zeta water that i got from a wine making supply store on ebay - very inexpensive. i was unaware malic acid is also used in wine making. the only issue is purity, but it would seem that since its being sold for internal consumption it would be fairly pure. the K bicarb i have works just fine, seems to do the job. is it USP grade pure? i do not know. in fact i asked the seller and he didn't know either.
