basically laura, what i meant was. i was oilpulling with vococonut every day.

but somehow my teeth got stained. i am not sure from what. 

they were not white as other had happened to them. so when i went to the dentist she got the stains out; however, the teeth were more white than anytime before which i attribute to the oping.

i like looking at my white teeth.
