Great post

I noticed I get a headache once I went above 2 drops/12.5mg. Since I increased to 3 drops yesterday I get a headache around noon (I get up at 5am and start taking the Iodine early in the day). I am gonna start doing a salt load at work from now rather then waiting to get home. Im glad I received my Himalayan salt yesterday too. Tweet
