Re: magnesium oxide, colon cleansing is fecal impaction theory a whole lot of "crap"?

This post belongs on the debate forum, not a support forum. There are more than enough testimonies of health improved and lives changed for the better to prove you wrong. Not all Colon Cleanses are appropriate for all people at all times. However for those who have to deal with chronic bowel problems, then colon cleansing is a blessing beyond belief.

I would agree that not everyone has the huge buildup in their bowel some companies claim is almost universal; however, from personal experience, I know that mucoid plaque exists and can contribute to a multitude of problems ranging from poor digestion to severe depression.

As for why don't doctors make more of this? Well, if everybody could take responsibility for their own health, get healthy and stay healthy-what would that do to the multi-billion dollar medical and pharmaceutical industries? There is a huge difference between easing symptoms and feeling better and truly being healthy. Good overall health is nearly impossible with a dirty colon, so we keep getting sick and running to the doctor for a quick "fix" that cures nothing.
