Insect Bite (maybe spider) with dual fang marks

Hello all. I am one of the unfortunate few who seems to get bitten or stung by everything. I was at a friends house about 48 hours ago and just before leaving thought I was tagged by a mosquito on the arm. I noticeds later in the shower that the bite was two small puncture wounds. They are about 1 mm apart and each one is about a 3 mm in diameter. The next day my forearm around the bite was swollen. I started to mark the area with a marker and thtough out the day the swelling increased to app. 18cm before it slowly started going down. Now the swelling is localized to the area under the bite. It is not very painful but the lump of swelling under the bite is quite hard. The two puncture holes seep a clear puss constantly. Blood only appears during hard squeezingand then only very little. The center of the holes have a yellowish skin like surface slighty below the level of the skin.

If anyone has ever heard of this can you please let me now your opinions. Also, in reference to my background, I am allergic to fire ants to the point of having to carry an EPI shot.
