Neck pain from dieoff?

hey,

for last week,i have had the worst neck ache of my life! i mean,ive had occasional neck problems before that would last for day or so from sleeping wrong or something,but this is just unusual for it to last this long. Can dieoff manifest itself n neckaches and headaches,pain etc?
