Re: Having gallbladder surgery saturday need advice

To me 15 mm is nothing. Mine is 27 mm. I have had it, according to an ultrasound since Feb'03. I have done liverflushes so I don't create new ones and the bile keeps flowing.
Improved my eating habits too.
About 15 years ago I had an ultrasound I had the beginning of a stone but I did not know about flushing. My chiropractor at that time said it was more dangerous to do surgery.
I am symptom free and the stone never changed in size. I did not do the US last year but I am planning to do one next month, I am just curious.
You better read everything about surgery and the complications you can get. Besides a lot of people have diarrhea problems afterwards.
Stones start in the liver (not according to doctors) so if you don't improve your diet you might get liver problems.
Here is a link from someone that had their gallbladder out and still needed to do the flush.

You could cancel your surgery for now and start reading the liverflush support forum. With such a small stone you have time to wait.
