It's too bad I can't use the neti pot. It's normal for one side of my sinus to be closed up when I have sinus problems (which is most of the time). Then the water just runs down my throat. I have also used the Grossman nasal instrument on my WaterPik too. It works well; because the pulsing action is supposed to get the celia moving.
