My hot flashes are gone. :)

I started to see a naturopathic doctor 2 months ago. I have been getting progressively sicker over the past 7 years. This doc is the 14th one I have seen about my health issues - - and when I met him...told him he'd be the LAST!!!

I am finally restoring my life back. I don't feel like death now and I still have a long way to go. He has me on 5 bio-identical hormones (my body stopped making them) and many other supplements to build back my battered immune system.

Of the many things he has me on...one has stopped my hot flashes. Magnesium Citrate! AMEN! :) I take two capsules at night. I stopped them for a few day and whew....they came back!!!!!! Started taking it again and they were gone again in 3 days.

I asked the doc if it was okay for my mother to take to stop her hot flashes. He said yes or even try Black Cohosh.
