The home test kits that I am aware of use a collected urine sample. This would be the least accurate of tests for chlamydia. You might want to visit your doctor or an STD clinic and have them take a specimen from the site of the infection. Here is a link that gives information about the types of tests used:
Also, have you been tested &/or treated for gonorrhea? The symptoms are very similar, particularly in women...and these STDs often accompany one another.
