recurring infection after treatment?

I was diagnosed with chlamydia when i was 6 weeks pregnant. I took the meds and got retested and the test came back negative. Well im now 27 weeks pregnant and the doc. tested me again just to be "safe". Does this mean that it may be recurring after treatment? Is that possibe? Im scared now that the test is going to come back positive because I have noticed some strange discharge that is yellowish/greenish in color but ony every now and then. Could this happen? Tweet
