Try alk drink and ear syringe!!!

I have been doing both OP and the askmoreless.com drink, diet, ;baths since the beginning of March or so. Sometimes, just OP, sometimes both.

The askmoreless drink has done wonders for me, especially digestion. See my post today on that forum: Leaky gut...etc. Also, some specific suggestions re supps and meds there.

Regarding nasqal irrigation: I don't need to do it anymore. But if I did, would not use sytem you mention. Too expensive. I just mix mild body temp salt water in a cup, draw it up into a ear syringe (one that is used only for nasal irrigation) and squit it up mhy nose in one nostril, holding the other closed. Sort of snort it like a nasal spary (or illegal substance). As it drips down throuat, I spit it out.
