I get emails from women with this same question all the time. Chlamydia does not show symptoms, it i silent in both men and women. If you had children during the 10 years that your husband says he has been faithful, have them check no matter what age they are.. Due to the nature of Chlamydia, your children need to be tested. If their tests come back positive, then you have the answer to your question. If you did not have any children during this time period, you do not have concrete evidence. I will tell you this, it is most unlikely that you have had Chlamydia for over 10 years and not find it.. Did you ever get a pap- smear/ STD? This would have detected Chlamydia for sure..
