This is what I would do:
I would google ringworm and read up on this:
first soak infected area in Epsom salt- hot water for no less than 30 minutes
Scrub with Sea Salt
Add Neem oil- from a tincture, or oil
When that is rubbed in REALLY GOOD, apply a layer of Vaseline.
