Yes there can be false positive and false negative results from your test but false negatives are more common. Make sure you find out if you have it and get treated for it if you have it. Don't worry it is easily curable. I don't know what type of test you used the home test kits are probably less accurate than when you go to the clinic or somewhere to get tested. Its not very likely that it would be false so go get checked at the county health department or clinic or wherever you get checked where you live it is probably free. If you used the home test kit and if you already got tested at the clinic then just take the Antibiotics they prescribe for it because that is the only way you can get rid of it.
