Re: Homeopathic remedy
Homeopathy has two different forms of application, depending on what you need it for. If you were to say you had just fallen off a ladder and your face was a mass of bruises I would have no trouble recommending you take Arnica. That would be considered a remedy for an acute problem. But for things such as allergies, which are considered a "chronic" illness, homeopathy approaches it in a different way.
As opposed to conventional medical treatment, homeopathy takes the specific symptoms of each person into account. So you could have two people come in who are suffering from springtime allergies, and depending on what other symptoms each person has, they may be treated with two completely different remedies. Homeopathic treatment is specific for every person. It takes into account your cravings and aversions, whether you tend to be hot or cold, your general personality, mood, lifestyle, etc. in addition to other symptoms you might have, such as a stuffy nose only at night, pain in your left ankle, being easily startled, etc.
I'd be happy to discuss possible remedies with you if we have more of your symptom picture, but as Johng said, the best thing is to see a qualified homeopath.
