symptoms showing up

I had unprotected sex a week ago with a new partner who just got out of a marriage with a cheating husband. We have only have sex a few times and one week after unprotected sex I ma showing signs of some sort of infection - no discharge, no redness, but a frequent urge to urinate and some discomfort the tip of my penis.

Is it possible that the symptoms of chlamydia will show up after one week? How do I tell this person that she may have passed this on to me when she mnay not even know that she has it? Tweet
