chlamydia test accuracy?

I recently had a physical and was tested for STDs through my blood, and they took a culture for chlamydia and gonnereha with a cotton swab type thing inside my urethra (pretty uncomfortable). They tests came up negative. I dont have symptoms like discharge. I was just wondering what the accuracy of the test is, and if there is a chance I can still have it? Tweet
