Can you liver cleanse with elevated liver enzymes

Hello

I have been doing ozone therapy for the past five months for odor. A chinese herbalogist looked and my tongue and suggested that I get a blood test. My primary doctor will a blood test and found that my hepatic enzymes were elevated.

Can Liver Cleanses bring the liver enzymes to normal range?
