Cooking with EOs

Hi guys, I've been using eo's for a while now and I've taken a step farther and used them on my toothbrush for toothaches ! Hehe, doctor 0 me 12! And only for the mere price of 9.99!

Well I've seen tons of reciepes about cooking with eos. How safe is this? I've read up on it but still a little worried. Does anyone have any ideas? I usually use wyndamere eo's, are they the okay ones to use? I plan on making lavender chicken tonight. I also buy orange mint water and peppermint water. Well they re 1.69 each and I figure I can make my own and just put them in the bottles. Would I boil the water with the eo's first in them or just add them to the water?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
