Considering the lack of good nutrition in even the freshest of fruits and veges we all should be on Calmag and liquid trace minerals as most people in ourt culture are deficiant. If you are having repetative thoughts it could be OCD (obcessive compulsive disorder). OCD is easily treatable with EFT therapy.    Tweet
