Whatdo you think of Redmonts Real Salt? The Himalayan Salt is sooo expensive LOL

Or could I just use Mediterranean See Salt from Spain? Do you know if this is ok? I bought it at Trader Joe's. Its not refined, but I dont know if there is generally a concern for fluoride??
