What is this blood "bubble" caused by in my cheek? here's a pic

I've noticed these randomly appear every now and again. I just want to know what it's caused by and what it is. They feel like little pimples on the inside of my cheek and if I pop them it doesn't hurt or anything, just the blood comes out. It's strange. Thanks
