Try EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It looks wierd if you never seen or heard about it. It involves tapping on parts of you body after you say an affirmation. It doesn't involve any pills at all.

Addiction is an interest of mine. I am not an expert on how it works and freedom from it. Rush Limbaugh was addicted to pain killers. I heard him talk about his therapy at rehab. He said they took him back way into his childhood and deal with what happened to him back then.

I have heard about detoxifying the body as a way to reduce cravings. I think there is truth in this. Tweet
