Re: Organic or non-organic oil?

I started with VCO because it was all I had at the time, but it still remains my favourite. I have also tried sesame, sunflower, macadamia, rice bran and mustard seed. Mustard seed was very strong in flavour and I didn't like it at all. Rice bran works fine but it is not my first choice. Macadamia is yummy and works really well. I live very close to where they grow macadamia nuts so it isn't difficult to get good quality oil. Both sunflower and sesame are the oils that were first recommended for the protocol and both are wonderful oils to use.

I just love VCO because it tastes yummy, it is so easy to use and it gives the best teeth whitening results I have ever seen. In fact I check my teeth after each pull and have been very happy with the results, but today I was blown away. I was driving to the grocery store and I was eating in the car. Before I got out I thought I better check and see if I had any food stuck in my teeth (you know how embarrassing that is) and I couldn't believe my teeth. I guess I haven't seen them in natural daylight for awhile. They look AWESOME. They are perfect. They look like they did 20 years ago. I couldn't stop looking at them. And it credit it all to OP.
