If the pain is in the naval area (below the belly-button right?) then it doesn't sound like Gallstones to me. I've only ever had pain in stomach, mid-back and right side directly below the rib-cage where the gall bladder is located. I hesitate to diagnose though! Have you taken him to see anyone? Tweet
