Hi Laura i was wondering if you might email me directly so I can get a few ideas about things you've done/i can do while nursing.I am really needing a major overhaul cleansing but I need to be very sensitive of my 12 month old as he and I are both having recurrent double ear infections for 4 months now. Thanks so much for your post ...it's great to be able to talk to a fellow nursing mom on a similar quest!
