You definetly have an infection. I assume your using a highly diluted oregano oil, because 50 drops of the real deal would send you into orbit.

The tooth/gum powder packed around that tooth would be my best bet, along with magnet therapy as you are FASTING. You must fast and cleanse the blood and remove the infection/pressure and that tooth will stop hurting, unless it has metal fillings.

Odds are you need to pull it, but if you don't change for the better, eventually another tooth will come under pressure and do the same.
