Hi I hope someone will be able to help me
I notice that whenever it gets to that time of the month I have been having cravings especially for fish and greens. I do have some Sugar cravings but not as much as it is for fish and greens, last week it was for greens and this week it is for fish. Do you think I am lacking some nutirent?
I have been trying to eat all raw as in go to raw vegan but I must say that 80 -90% of my food is now raw.
