I've reached the middle of day three and feel a little out of sorts. Not so much hungry as "funny." Can't really describe it. How is everyone else doing out there? Don't be discouraged. If I can do this than you can too. I'm focusing on weight loss and some minor health issues. Let me know how you guys out there are doing. Support really helps.
