Re: thanks for all the info!!
Hi Beth,
I have found a few nice brushes at Sally's Beauty Supply
stores although you can find ones many other places.
My health food store just got in some from Ambassador
and I am totally in love with the one I bought.
Amazon has a nice collection of Ambassador brushes at a
good price. A good brush can cost up to a hundred bucks
but there are many good choices in between. I like to
use different ones, some being softer or harder bristles.

You can google boar bristle and find lots of choices.
The best ones are usually from Germany.
I try to get my hair cut once a month on the new moon.
When I was younger it grew even faster but it has
slowed considerably as I have gotten older. Still,
it has picked up again and I attribute it to cutting
it once a month and the nutrition. I also eat a daily
dose of unsulphured blackstrap molasses which I really
feel provides more of the trace minerals and iron I
may have been low on.
blessings,
Zoe
