I love that type of lemonaid too! Stevia is great as a sweetner for it.

I'm not sure that bottled lemon juice is as effective as fresh lemons. When juices are bottled, they have been pasturized to keep them from spoiling. The pasturizing process kills the live enzymes that we need in our system.

I don't buy juice in a bottle but use a lemon a day in drinks, and sometimes sprinkled on salads with a touch of olive oil.

Try using the juice of 1/2 a lemon, dash of stevia, a couple of slices of lemon from the squeezed half to 8 ozs. of pure water and a couple of ice cubes - Delicious! Tweet
