Another problem is that sometimes people with depression who get drugs are actually bipolar patients who just haven't had that manic episode yet, so the drugs kickstart them past just getting back to baseline and get them to +10000 which leads to problems with behavior, impulsivity, violence, etc.

There is a certain humor in that quote.  It kind of seems you're implying that the drugs get them to +10000 on your scale.  That sounds like a major high.

Every neurotransmitter in your brain comes from your diet.  Most of them come from protein.
