Not harmful?

Maybe its a co-incidence that people with gilberts syndrome suffer more from:
digestive complaints that someone who hasn't? Maybe the syndrome isn't a syndrome after all and it has no bearing on any ill affect and it was named a syndrome for some other reason that a syndrome is used for. To say gilberts syndrome is not harmful would mean saying biliruben is not needed in the digestive system to break food down.
