Since no one else responded, I think I should say that you summed it up very well.
Reducing "stinky" foods like meat may help a tiny bit in the short term, but the reason that the digestive system can't handle the stinky foods could be that it has already been overrun by Candida. And if you keep eating carbohydrates and sugar, the Candida will grow stronger. Since starting the Candida diet, my odor has been about the same as on the vegetarian diet. So that proves it's not the meat alone that stinks. It's only when I eat carbs and protein together (eg bread and meat) that it's very bad. Admittedly, eggs and fish still smell bad no matter what.
BTW I noted in the topic that LG is fecal odor, since you left it until the end of your post. I personally didn't know what you meant.
