Laura, I did do a Colon Cleanse prior to the liver flush. I had my gallbladder removed several years ago because of stones (also had kidney stones) so it could be that my liver is impacted with stones. I'm going to try the chinese bitters as country girl suggested before my next flush to see if that helps...thanks again for your replies! Tweet
