Hello,
I have been oil pulling for a few days now and my Acne is getting soo much worse. Does it just get worse before it gets better or am I getting too much oil? I follow the directions and pull for 20 mins and spit it out. It is white and clear. What shall I do about this?? Should I keep pulling? I need advice.
