I just started drinking lemon/distilled water and celtic salt on a daily basis.

Far as candida goes, I just ordered your product and taking organo oil

I also bought a neti pot

Do I drink prune juice for bowel movements?

Also, I going to drink shelly's protein shake for healthy weight gain

Is this recipe okay to drink with a digestive enzyme??

6 oz Vanilla Rice Milk
2 raw eggs - organic free range!
1 tblsp of lecithin
1 tblsp of flax seed oil or Udo's PRime
cinamon to taste
extra vanilla to taste if desired
pancreatic enzymes
Add 10 almonds and blend away. Should be blanched (or with shell) raw, soaked in water overnight.
