Salt or no salt

Hi, I have done a few coffee enemas in the past, but I am never sure about adding salt to the water, some enema recipes say always add salt, some say not to with coffe enemas, any ideas for me, the water and sa wilsons coffee are on the stove boiling as we speak, thanks, Christi. Tweet
