Beet Pesto with Garlic


Saving the smaller cloves allows one to ingest the garlic
without all the garlicky side effects of smell and taste
just swallow the small clove with food and get the benefits that way

many love the taste of raw garlic (and onions)
not for everyone though

To make Beet Pesto with raw garlic in the cuisinart

organic beet (peeled) and organic carrots
small handful organic pecans
olive oil/lemon (or lime) juice
and garlic to taste
blend to desired texture

Yum!
