Drink at least 2 quarts od water per day - this will help keep your body hydrated and will help keep the toxins flushing out. Also, make sure you are having regular bowel movements - this will get the toxins and parasites out of your body - you don't want them just sitting in the colon making you feel worse.
And that's it. Some folks CHOOSE to do coffee enemas, epsom salts soaks, OxyPowder, and so forth and so on - but those are personal choices - you don't have to anything other than drink your water and keep your bowels open.
