Completed 1st Cleanse (yahoo!)

Did my first cleanse starting Wednesday evening and today is Friday morning. Although the concoctions were icky to swallow and I did feel considerable nausea as time went on, I passed dozens of stones. By Thursday evening I felt a sense of calm, although still felt a bit weak.

I feel so much better! My doctor doesn't believe that I passed stones so I am taking them to her today. You can call it a little gift.

Thank you for this wonderful forum and support group. I leave on Sunday for a holiday in England with a renewed sense of ease and no fears about my gallstones.
