Well, only you can decide that. After a flush that produced no stones, I went ahead and did another one a couple of weeks later to make sure I still had none. I remember reading a post from someone who had no stones one flush and then had a lot the next. So, I wanted to make sure all my stones were gone. You might want to try that.
