Due to the difficulties of trying to observe nano-bac and of determining whether they are living or not, no one can answer you at this point. The only microscope (Rife's universal microscope) capable of observing nanobac in a living situation was destroyed many years ago. The very best optical microscopes available today can provide 12000 to possibly 20000 times magnification. To be reliable, you would need a minimum of 50000 to 60000 times magnification with equivalent resolution.
