To Spirit: re Epson Salts

I get diarrhea when I do the liver cleanse. That is supposed to happen right?

I will have to see what happens when I take it when I'm not doing a cleanse.

The epson salt enema didn't seem to cause diarhea but my bowels are still not back to normal from the cleanse.

Please read my latest on my third cleanse and let me know if you have any advice. I will stop at a health food store tonight and try to find some umeboshi plums.
