Kelp/ arsenic poisoning/ contaminants

I have had terrible hive reactions from kelp and never from iodine. And I'm not allergic to anythying!

There is significant debate about Iodine vs. kelp.

Kelp is too risky. There are just too many variables as to what sea water contaminants it absorbed.

As your mother would say, "you don't know where it's been."
