a/s and the side affects

I have a t score of -5 in the lower spine and –2 in my hip I am told this is a side affect of my a/s?
I have never had a fracture although I do suffer with back pain and general stiffness due to my a/s I weigh 95 kg and I am 5.7 in height over weight I know! Most days I am active and don’t suffer other days I may over stress my self in the garden and I will be in pain for many days although still mobile

I feel like I am going to go to work one morning and come home in a wheel chair

is any body else out there in a similar situation that I can talk to?
