Coffee Enema

Hi Guys,

Just a quick note about my first Coffee Enema... Like most people doing their first flush, I was apprehensive... I'm not totally sure what the results will be in doing these things, but I want to report that, as described in many forms of literature about this type of enema, I heard a ton of gurgling sounds on the rightside while doing it.... I was amazed and it appears that the liver and hopefully the gallbladder were working... Your responses would be appreciated...
